Job Summary

Own ELV/intelligent systems delivery across the full project lifecycle—from design, procurement and construction through commissioning and handover. Support intelligent building requirement surveys and design reviews, prepare ELV tender technical documents, and lead bid evaluation and vendor comparisons. Track manufacturing, delivery and installation progress, coordinate interfaces with other trades, supervise commissioning, run integrated testing, manage changes, report risks, and compile as-built documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Take full responsibility for ELV/intelligent systems (BAS, security, fire alarm, structured cabling, access control, CCTV, etc.) across the project lifecycle from design to handover.
•Participate in user requirement surveys and design reviews to ensure system positioning meets O&M needs.
•Prepare ELV tender technical documents, lead technical bid evaluation, and compare vendor solutions.
•Track equipment manufacturing, delivery, and installation progress, and coordinate interfaces with electrical, HVAC, and other trades.
•Supervise on-site cabling/installation/commissioning, organize integrated system testing, control system changes, and compile as-built documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Intelligent Building, Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related fields.
•Minimum 5 years of ELV/intelligent systems engineering experience, with preferred full-cycle project management experience on new built commercial/office projects.
•Familiar with mainstream ELV system architectures, protocols, and integration platforms, including the lifecycle from design to commissioning and handover.
•Experience preparing ELV RFP/tender documents and conducting technical bid evaluation.
•Strong communication skills to interface effectively with design institutes, contractors, and relevant parties.
