Key Responsibilities

•Own the day-to-day experience of Fluidstack offices, ensuring space looks and functions well and issues are escalated or fixed promptly.
•Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, catering, maintenance, supplies) and hold them to agreed standards.
•Implement and adapt shared workplace standards for each location, with clear budgeting and tracking.
•Run a lightweight feedback loop with office employees to understand what’s working and what isn’t.
•Develop and maintain an operating rhythm (weekly vendor check-ins, monthly budget reviews, quarterly planning) and ensure proactive issue resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 205,000 annually

•Experience managing multiple vendors (cleaning, catering, maintenance, supplies) against defined performance standards.
