Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze advanced electrical characterization results to improve DRAM cell/device performance, CMOS, and interconnect performance.
  • •Create and optimize test environments and test conditions to acquire desired electrical characteristics and analyze test results.
  • •Use laboratory tools to acquire and analyze detailed engineering-level data, clarify device-development problems, and feed insights back to teams.
  • •Propose test structures for device characteristics and develop data automation tools.
  • •Apply data-science approaches to analyze large datasets, identify root causes, and support yield improvement while collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Strong background in semiconductor device characterization using CMOS architecture and circuit operation.
  • •Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics (e.g., cell transistors, diodes, resistance elements) and electrical characteristics for DRAM.
  • •Basic knowledge of electrical characteristics on DRAM and statistical data analysis.
  • •M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent experience.
