Inspect work-in-progress, finished garments, and returned merchandise at the Vernon facility to ensure they meet Reformation quality standards. Conduct TOP and inline inspections, perform final visual and measurement audits, document quality issues, and recommend corrective actions. Determine defect types and root causes for returns, support production teams with quality feedback and coaching, and maintain accurate inspection reports using company systems and templates.

•Perform in-line inspections during garment production stages.
•Complete final audits, including visual inspection and verification of measurements for finished goods.
•Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for quality issues, including determining defect types and root causes for returned merchandise.
•Accurately complete inspection reports and input data into relevant systems or templates while providing quality feedback and guidance to internal teams.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent (GED or High School Equivalency Certificate) required.

•Ability to read and use a tape measure with precision and understand garment measuring, construction, and defect identification.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to read/write/communicate in English.
