  • •Drive operational efficiency and profitability by monitoring daily/weekly yields, efficiencies, and profitability, and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • •Manage staffing and production schedules to meet customer needs and optimize resources.
  • •Champion safety and ergonomics by developing and implementing safety/ergonomic programs and training employees on safe work practices.
  • •Ensure quality and compliance by upholding sanitation, product quality, and customer service standards in line with USDA and company regulations.
  • •Provide leadership and guidance, conduct line meetings, train supervisors and employees, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Experience leading by training, coaching, or mentoring less experienced staff, or by managing a process or project.
  • •Experience using computer applications including time-keeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office to streamline processes.
  • •Ability to interpret and implement plant and company policies through ongoing guidance to supervisors and employees.
  • •Open to travel up to 10% of the time.
