Superintendent - 2nd Shift

Lead a dynamic multi-shift production environment by coordinating Production Supervisors to hit daily targets and maintain high-quality output. Monitor yields, efficiencies, and profitability, manage staffing and production schedules, and stay operationally flexible. Drive safety and ergonomic programs, ensure sanitation and quality compliance with USDA and company standards, and conduct line meetings that reinforce expectations. Train teams, support continuous improvement, and provide leadership on the production floor.
