Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate executive business goals into roadmaps for AI-driven and agentic workplace solutions.
  • •Lead discovery and strategy workshops to identify high-value enterprise processes and AI opportunities.
  • •Design end-to-end agentic workplace workflows using Google Workspace integrations, Vertex AI Agent Builder, Gemini Enterprise, AppSheet, and standardized connectors.
  • •Develop and present PoCs and solution demonstrations, including visual reference architectures, to help decision-makers understand agentic use cases.
  • •Define and support governance and adoption standards for data protection, responsible AI use, and the transition from traditional automation to AI-enabled ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in enterprise consulting or an internal IT role focused on Digital Workplace, cloud transformation, or IT strategy (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar SaaS ecosystems).
  • •Demonstrated success advising executives and managing complex client relationships, including conceiving and facilitating strategic workshops.
  • •Strong conceptual and practical understanding of generative AI and agentic technologies, including prompt engineering, Gemini Enterprise, and no-code/low-code agent platforms such as Vertex AI Agent Builder or AppSheet.
  • •Ability to analyze complex enterprise processes (e.g., HR, knowledge management, support, or operations) and redesign/optimize workflows with AI agents.
  • •Basic knowledge of enterprise identity and governance topics such as Enterprise Identity, IAM, OAuth, SSO, security, and data governance.
