Key Responsibilities

  • •Own article updates and create new articles to keep Qualified University content accurate and current.
  • •Develop best-practice educational content for QSAs, admins, and partners.
  • •Partner with Product, Enablement, and Customer Success teams to stay ahead of platform changes and surface content needs.
  • •Maintain and update partner certification paths within Qualified University.
  • •Engage the Qualified customer community by posting product updates, responding to member questions, and helping drive participation.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
