Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop efficient algorithms and architectures for large-scale generative and multimodal models to improve model efficiency (e.g., step/cfg distillation, quantization).
  • •Advance scalable generative modeling approaches, focusing on acceleration and efficiency for diffusion and autoregressive models.
  • •Create and apply distillation frameworks and methods for transferring capabilities from foundation models to smaller efficient models.
  • •Support development of infrastructure and methods for scalable training, optimization, and deployment of efficient models.
  • •Work on model acceleration and hardware-efficient inference, including applications to image generation, video generation, and VLMs.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • •Expertise in efficient models, including a deep understanding of computational bottlenecks and acceleration methods.
  • •Proficiency training generative AI or LLM models using widely adopted frameworks/tools such as PyTorch and JAX.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
  • •Preferred: Ph.D. in GenAI/MLSys (or equivalent) and extensive research experience in GenAI/MLSys/LLM areas.
