Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily execution of the in-country team, schedule, and performance for assigned contracts while ensuring compliance and customer intimacy.
  • •Serve as the primary operational point of contact for QEAF/QEADF, providing procurement guidance, sustainment support, technical troubleshooting, and resource allocation.
  • •Direct in-country team members to ensure maximum operational readiness, and act as a liaison with the major OCONUS subcontractor Kongsberg Air Defense.
  • •Drive timely resolution of issues and support contract proposals including bidding, negotiation, definitization, and start-up processes.
  • •Collaborate with internal functions (MRAD, Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality) and manage subcontractor lifecycle deliverables and customer reviews/visits.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with minimum 10+ years of experience.
  • •PMX Certification Level 4, or ability to obtain within 12 months.

  • •Experience with program management, risk and opportunity measures, and program execution.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
