Job Summary

Provide high-touch client support and execute day-to-day operational functions for mortgage warehouse loans within the Corporate Mortgage Finance Group. Support warehouse lending activities such as loan fundings, construction loan processing, collateral processing, loan aging surveillance, mark to market, hedge monitoring, settlements, and post-funding QC. Ensure transactions and inquiries are completed accurately within SLAs, reviewing and approving requests within assigned authority while escalating delays and exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

•Support warehouse lending loan activities including loan fundings, construction loan processing, collateral processing, loan aging surveillance, mark to market, hedge monitoring, settlements, and post-funding QC.
•Provide high-touch client support by building and maintaining client relationships via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
•Ensure transactions and client inquiries are completed accurately and within SLAs, escalating delays before an SLA is missed.
•Review and approve transaction requests related to fundings, collateral, and/or settlements within assigned authority and in accordance with company policy.
•Engage timely with clients to clear exceptions, resolve problems, and support business continuity during disaster or outage events as needed.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years of relevant mortgage operations experience, preferably in mortgage finance and in a fast-paced environment.
•Minimum 2 years of proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
•Proven communication and collaboration skills.
•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
