Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake a structured improvement project applying industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, and data analytics to productivity, quality, safety, material flow, and operational efficiency.
  • •Conduct time studies, process observations, and analyze layouts, material flow, logistics, workplace organization, and ergonomic conditions to identify non-value-added activities.
  • •Evaluate manufacturing performance indicators such as process quality, capacity, utilization, and throughput; identify opportunities for improvement.
  • •Develop dashboards/visualizations and analytical models using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and AI-enabled analytics tools.
  • •Deliver current-state assessment, improvement analysis, selected proposal/pilot plan with measurable indicators, and final documentation and presentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursue a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • •Familiarity with SQL, Python, statistical analysis, Generative AI, an AI Assistant, or other AI-enabled analytics workflows is an advantage.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings and manage a defined project while collaborating cross-functionally.
