Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and own day-to-day EHS site management for a construction project, including contractor and subcontractor EHS compliance
  • •Implement, enforce, and audit the construction contractor EHS management program and ensure site requirements are understood and followed
  • •Conduct hazard identification inspections and maintain documented safety observations to identify, mitigate hazards, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • •Collaborate on job hazard assessments, PPE requirements, safeguards, and health/safety policies and procedures across construction sites
  • •Investigate and report incidents, spills, injuries, and occupational diseases; determine root causes and establish corrective and preventive actions

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree
  • •1+ years of experience overseeing environmental, health, and safety disciplines within the construction industry (internships may qualify)
  • •Strong knowledge of interpreting, applying, and documenting federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations
  • •Experience with construction health and safety for commercial/industrial projects
  • •Proficiency in communicating, organizing, and documenting safety requirements and observations
