  • •Partner with engineering as a peer by bringing your own point of view on what should be built.
  • •Set and help drive design and craft standards through reusable patterns in the design system.
  • •Decide when usability testing is needed and tie design outcomes to business metrics like developer activation and time-to-first-successful-API-call.
