Job Summary

Own the strategy, architecture, and implementation of the Nexthink platform to improve Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and proactive IT operations. Lead platform governance and a high-performing Nexthink team, delivering end-to-end deployment (data model, collectors, campaigns, remote actions, dashboards). Partner across Service Desk, EUC, and Infrastructure to integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow/CMDB and deliver measurable gains in endpoint performance, user experience, MTTR reduction, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the enterprise Nexthink strategy and roadmap to enhance DEX and proactive IT operations.
•Lead platform governance, standards, and best practices while building and maturing a high-performing Nexthink product team.
•Architect and oversee end-to-end Nexthink design and deployment, including data model, collectors, campaigns, remote actions, and dashboards.
•Oversee integrations with ServiceNow, CMDB, and endpoint management tools; identify and prioritize high-impact use cases (e.g., incident reduction, device performance, proactive remediation).
•Define and track KPIs and enable proactive/self-healing automation, embedding Nexthink into daily Service Desk workflows and executive reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
•Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
•Advanced knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
•2-4+ years of hands-on experience with the Nexthink platform (design, deployment, optimization).
•Experience working in Agile teams and knowledge of Agile development & release practices, including enterprise DevOps frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Enterprise Scrum, Nexus).
