•Develop and enhance General and Life insurance application systems throughout the SDLC cycle, focusing on user requirements analysis, solution design, and delivering project outcomes.
•Maintain compliance with group IT standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements for all IT solutions.
•Support the team’s growth by strengthening capabilities across technical and business areas.
•Communicate clearly and proactively with other IT teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with overall business objectives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in system analysis, design and development.
•Proficient in Procedural SQL Programming (PL/SQL, T-SQL, PL/pgSQL, SQL/PL, etc).
•Experience in Web Services (REST & SOAP Web Services), JSON, XML is a plus.
•Be proactive, open-minded, responsible, able to work independently and with good problem-solving skills.
