Job Summary

Lead and execute adidas Golf branding initiatives in Japan by aligning local programs with global Brand Marketing direction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to adapt the Global Brand Calendar into a Japan Brand Calendar, drive integrated marketing programs, and strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement across Japan.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Brand Marketing Director in driving short- and long-term brand strategies and executing seasonal marketing activities across Japan.
•Develop understanding of the Global Brand Calendar and own adapting and executing a locally relevant Japan Brand Calendar in collaboration with MD and channel stakeholders.
•Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with global brand direction while meeting local business and consumer needs.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with the Global GOLF BU to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective communication across regions.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., MD, Sales, Retail, Digital, PR) and external partners to ensure best-in-class execution across all consumer touchpoints.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent work experience
•Brand Marketing experience/knowledge minimum of 5 years
•Creative production management experience minimum of 5 years
•Business-level English (written and verbal) and fluent Japanese
•Strong supervisory, analytical, and research skills with ability to analyze data and formulate action plans within budget constraints
