Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with product owner to balance functional and technical work
  • •Support the product architect and the enterprise architecture group in maintaning a technical road map and ensuring teams' alignment
  • •Responsible for communicating leadership team priority and technical guidance to all teams. Facilitates communications between teams and domains as needed.
  • •Lead operational monitoring collaborate with teams to deliver operational improvement work items. Ensure efficient resolution production issues
  • •Participate in the interview process and recommend technically skilled candidates
