Job Summary

Support the leadership team as a Key Holder by modeling and coaching customer service and LS&Co selling behaviors. Help maximize sales opportunities, meet store and individual performance goals, and lead a positive, engaging shopping experience. Assist with store operations and getting products to the floor, including visual merchandising. Report to the Store Manager and follow company policies while being a proactive role model for teammates.

Key Responsibilities

•Model and coach the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
•Assist store management with training and coaching staff on LS&Co selling practices and authentic customer service.
•Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and achieving sales goals.
•Support operational excellence by getting products to the floor and contributing to store operations and visual merchandising.
•Help lead a positive, engaging shopping experience and drive key initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.4 - 25.65 hourly

Key Requirements

•Comply with all Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
•Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
•Be able to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
•Have reliable transportation.
•Be 18 years or older.
