Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-speed internet networks, including wiring and equipment.
  • •Climb poles and use a shovel and pick to dig up and bury cable; locate buried telephone cables.
  • •Observe all safety rules and regulations and assist other technical personnel when requested.
  • •Communicate professionally with customers about products and services.
  • •Actively support sales and marketing activities, including direct customer-facing work and sales referrals.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully complete service tech boot camp training, including POTS/DSL installation/repair, cable splicing/maintenance, basic transmissions, and HSI installations.
  • •Basic computer skills including MS Office applications.
