Job Summary

The Operations Associate supports store profitability and efficiency for a six-month fixed-term contract at the London store, working with the Operations & Visual Manager and the Operations Lead. Core duties include inventory accuracy, investigating issues, processing shipments and replenishment, maintaining visual standards, and assisting with floor operations and customer service to drive a smooth, high‑performing store experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
•Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
•Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests.

Key Requirements

•Must have or prefer prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
•Experience executing inventory management processes with a focus on inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
•Experience handling shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Ability to maintain strong visual merchandising standards and stockroom practices, ensuring product flow and safe operations.
•Strong communication, customer-service orientation, and ability to work with a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
