Key Responsibilities

  • •Sell VIP upgrades from inquiry through payment processing and fulfillment.
  • •Check in VIP guests, escort them, and anticipate VIP client needs throughout their visit.
  • •Provide recognition to industry executives and VIP clients to reinforce membership and patronage.
  • •Coordinate nightly VIP operations with VIP supervisors and leads to ensure premium experiences.
  • •Execute nightly VIP setup including check-in, VIP seating areas, VIP tabletop personalization, and VIP area signage as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent
  • •Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP nightclub operations
