Sell VIP upgrades and help VIP guests go from inquiry to paid purchase and experience fulfillment. Welcome and check in VIP clients, escort them as needed, and anticipate guest needs to ensure satisfaction. Build strong relationships with VIP clientele, recognize VIP/industry executives, and coordinate nightly VIP setup and show-night operations with VIP supervisors and leads. Maintain professional grooming standards and occasionally support special events.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell VIP upgrades (premium seats, priority entry, and premium upgrade products) to concert patrons.
•Handle VIP sales flow from inquiry through payment processing and experience fulfillment.
•Check in, escort, and anticipate VIP client needs during venue visits to ensure guest satisfaction.
•Recognize VIP and industry executive clients and build strong relationships with VIP guests.
•Coordinate VIP setup and show-night operations with VIP supervisors and leads; occasionally work special events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.5 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
