Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
  • •Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, maintaining platform integrity and best practices.
  • •Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers; conduct code reviews and performance tuning while ensuring security/compliance.
  • •Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform enhancements; support pre-sales activities such as solutioning, demos, and proposal development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
  • •Proven track record delivering ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
  • •Must have CSA certification plus CIS (any) and CAD (level-based requirements for Junior/Intermediate/Senior).
  • •Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and data model, with proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development tools.
