Key Responsibilities

  • •Support lockbox remittance processing, including expedited collection, processing of payments/correspondence, and electronic documentation.
  • •Handle workgroup item processing such as batch log on, batch re-association, and processing multiple accounts with different instructions.
  • •Perform data entry item processing from scanned images or physical work, including manual keying and field validation.
  • •Process PHI and PCI in compliance with HIPAA and applicable policies and regulations.
  • •Meet department production and quality goals, cross-train in other department areas as needed, and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements
