  • •Lead complex implementation projects for major banks and businesses, managing end-to-end program/project lifecycles from kickoff to launch.
  • •Overcome project blockers using problem-solving and influencing skills across business and technical contexts.
  • •Apply project governance to manage scope, timelines, accountability, identify risks, and ensure regulatory compliance across workstreams.
  • •Manage delivery risks for deals (project, financial, compliance, reputational) with mitigation plans and risk tracking to closure.
  • •Build relationships with partners and explain fintech solutions while driving process improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management, ideally in banking/fintech.
  • •Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies with high-quality plans and dependency management.
  • •Extensive experience leading API and SWIFT-based payment integrations across banking or large enterprise organizational structures.
  • •Proven ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risks through strong project governance, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • •Excellent communication skills to present complex concepts to C-suite and working teams; able to make decisions autonomously and resolve challenges.
