Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects from initiation through completion, commissioning, and closeout.
  • •Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies while monitoring scope, cost, quality, and performance.
  • •Coordinate technical activities by reviewing technical specifications, engineering drawings, and design packages and resolving technical issues impacting delivery.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities, Supply Chain, and external stakeholders; manage contractor activities and alignment with site objectives.
  • •Partner with the PMO Center of Excellence to apply standardized methodologies, governance, stage-gate reporting, portfolio reviews, and continuous improvement actions.

Salary: USD 78,000 - 125,350 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in project management, project engineering, operations, manufacturing, industrial services, maintenance, or related technical work.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • •PMP certification (or progress toward certification) preferred; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) preferred.
