Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain reliable, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and insights.
  • •Design and implement data models to enable high-quality reporting and downstream analytics.
  • •Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and engineers to deliver solutions based on data requirements.
  • •Implement data quality checks, validation frameworks, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • •Identify and improve performance across pipelines, queries, and storage, and contribute CI/CD automation for data workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in data engineering or backend development, focused on production-grade data pipelines.
  • •2-3+ years working with AWS services, with Redshift administration as a must.
  • •Strong experience with AWS services including Spectrum, S3, RDS, Glue, Lambda, Kinesis, and SQS.
  • •Proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and automation, plus experience with dbt.
  • •Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data workflows (preferably GitLab CI) and familiarity with event schema validation tools (Snowplow, Schema Registry).
