Job Summary

Serve as the primary education and training partner for Workday’s North America and Global System Integrator (SI) ecosystem. Advise internal customer- and partner-facing teams on the right Workday Education offerings, guide responsible adoption of new training programs, and onboard external organizations for training and certification. Monitor needs and outcomes, synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights for content teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to grow a high-quality Workday talent pipeline.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary education and training point of contact for North America partners and Global System Integrator (SI) partners.
•Advise internal customer- and partner-facing teams on appropriate Workday Education solutions for partners and external training organizations.
•Identify, engage, and onboard external organizations (e.g., higher-education institutions, nonprofits, staffing firms, third-party training companies) to prepare people outside the Workday community for training and certification.
•Manage and strengthen relationships with existing authorized organizations providing Workday training to the general public.
•Monitor partner and external-organization needs, adoption, outcomes, and feedback, and communicate actionable insights to content teams; partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Managers to align education with business and ecosystem needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 141,000 - 211,400 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, field operations, enablement, or a related customer- or partner-facing role within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
•Manage relationships with customers, partners, or external organizations across multiple geographies.
•Demonstrated relationship management skills to establish, maintain, and strengthen partnerships while resolving issues and building trust.
•Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives from planning through delivery to align education programs with business goals.
•Strong communication and presentation skills across internal and external audiences, adapting to engage field teams and leadership.
