Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage high-volume, dynamic executive calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts using executive judgment.
  • •Draft, screen, and manage executive communications for internal and external stakeholders; escalate issues requiring executive attention.
  • •Oversee complex international and domestic travel, coordinating with providers and vendors and planning contingencies.
  • •Independently organize and manage executive-level meetings, board reviews, workshops, and stakeholder summits, including briefing and follow-through.
  • •Coordinate vendor onboarding, PO creation, legal contract routing, and invoice disputes with Legal and Finance.
