Merchandise Manager- The Truth

Lead the on-site merchandise operations for artist/tour events by overseeing a team of Merchandise Specialists. Serve as the liaison between artist representatives and venue management, plan staffing based on event projections, and manage inventory count-in/count-out throughout the show. Ensure merchandise stands stay clean and presentable, train and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences, and complete required pre-show, post-show, and payroll reports.
