Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-country cohorts across satellite markets, ensuring methodology fidelity, quality standards, and alignment with local partnerships and staff resources.
  • •Coordinate with in-country teams to manage Training Service Providers (TSPs), learner support, and programme outcomes, while safeguarding compliance and local regulations.
  • •Design and refine the multi-country operating model, addressing bottlenecks such as dispersed mobilisation, local partnerships, cross-border payments, and data harmonisation.
  • •Navigate cross-border operational challenges (payments, safeguarding protocols, device/connectivity support) and implement scalable solutions with Global Finance, Global HR, and the Digital team.
  • •Support strategic partnership development for market entry and scale-up, representing Generation with government forums, employers, and local stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in programme management, operations, or project coordination within international development, skilling-to-employment, workforce development, or education sectors.
  • •Proven track record of managing multi-country or multi-site programmes with remote teams, cross-border coordination, and consistent quality across diverse contexts.
  • •Strong project management skills with complex workflows, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines; proficient with Asana, Trello, or Monday.com and data systems like Salesforce.
  • •Experience driving high performance in remote settings across dispersed geographies with strong coaching skills and excellent written and verbal communication for funder reports and stakeholder updates.
  • •Ability to navigate ambiguity, design scalable systems, and implement contingency plans for country-specific risks; collaborative, mission-driven, and detail-oriented.
