Job Summary

Lead financial planning and program finance support for Military Engines Program Financial Support (PFS), partnering with a core integrated program team spanning Program Management Office, Contracts, Pricing, and other Finance groups. Own monthly sales/COS/margin forecasting, variance analysis, EAC analysis, and contract/customer financial reporting. Manage a team of two while supporting proposal and negotiation activities and handling billing/accounts receivable reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

•Interface with an integrated program team including Program Management Office, Contracts, Pricing, other Finance departments, and external customers.
•Manage the program including proposals, negotiations, contract execution, and closure.
•Drive financial plan setting, monthly sales/COS/margin forecasting, and detailed variance analysis.
•Perform inventory, risks, opportunities, orders, and deliveries tracking, including comprehensive EAC analysis.
•Manage a team of two direct reports and provide external customer financial reporting such as Contract Funds Status Reports and Letters of Funding.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration with 10+ years of experience in Contract Management and Finance; or a master’s degree with 7+ years.
•Experience with government contracting and knowledge of the FAR and DFAR.
•SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
•Active and existing DoD Secret clearance required on day 1; U.S. citizenship is required.
•At least 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.
