Key Responsibilities

  • •Support management and enforcement of government contracts.
  • •Review contract documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to execution.
  • •Prepare, process, distribute, and archive contracts, modifications, amendments, and correspondence; maintain auditable contract files.
  • •Audit contracts and supporting documentation to ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate audit responses and documentation for audits/investigations.
  • •Track contract obligations, expiration dates, renewals, funding ceilings, reporting deadlines, and maintain online systems for federal/state/local/education contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in a project management role or similar experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of government contract administration processes and compliance standards.
  • •Knowledge and experience with government contracting concepts, including FAR and DFAR requirements.
  • •Experience with the GSA Schedules Program and multi-award IDIQ contract vehicles preferred.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract/database management systems; strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
