Job Summary

Supervise and support desktop assembly manufacturing operations on the production floor, executing work in line with department requirements. Lead, train, and direct colleagues while assigning tasks, setting priorities, troubleshooting daily issues, and maintaining quality standards. Drive continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, support preventative maintenance and equipment calibration, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Work Monday–Thursday on second shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM).

•Execute desktop assembly manufacturing operations on the production floor according to department direction and quality requirements.
•Assign and reassign tasks, set team priorities, and ensure work is allocated to meet production priorities and lead times.
•Serve as a go-to expert/trainer for one or more manufacturing areas, including troubleshooting/escalating daily job issues.
•Lead hiring, performance management, training/orientation, conflict resolution, and team accountability in the manufacturing area.
•Ensure ISO 9001 quality requirements and ISO 14001 cleanliness/compliance standards are consistently met while driving continuous improvement projects.

Salary: USD 23.93 - 35.1 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED, plus 3+ years of electro mechanical experience and 1 year of leadership experience.
•Demonstrated knowledge of a specific production-floor work area and ability to implement and adhere to policies and procedures.
•Basic computer skills.
•Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift/install mechanical assemblies up to 50 pounds.
•Must be able to lawfully work in the US with unrestricted work authorization for US.
