Job Summary

Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming experience at the venue by greeting guests, scanning and verifying tickets, and directing guests to seats, exits, and relevant areas. Resolve guest questions and complaints, assist guests with special needs, and support venue operations during and after shows. You’ll also participate in recycling and sustainability efforts and may verify credentials for restricted areas.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets on entry, verify authenticity, and help guests locate seats during the event.
•Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable for guests.
•Answer guest questions and resolve guest complaints or problems.
•Support guests with special needs, including helping with seat accommodations.
•Guide guests to exits or provide instructions during emergencies, and help with venue close-out tasks as requested.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy for handling guest needs and issues.
•Ability to do constant walking, climbing stairs, occasional sitting, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs+.
