Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on a management and shift basis, ensuring adherence to arrival/departure checklists, brand requirements, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Actively participate in daily operations, including working shifts with weekends and/or public holidays as required.
  • •Manage safety and security outcomes through safety/security promotion, hazard identification, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring and reporting.
  • •Ensure flight editing and special guest requirements are met, including assessment, planning, and coordination of VIP/MAAS, PRM, and special-category guests.
  • •Deliver on-time performance by managing and mitigating causes of delays, accurate reporting, and follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level education desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience.
  • •7–9 years of relevant experience in a leadership or senior management capacity with exposure to global business best practice.
  • •Previous exposure to highly pressured, multicultural environments in a management/supervisory role within a shift environment.
  • •Proven ability to lead and drive results and communicate internally and externally at scale across multiple channels.
  • •Previous regional or international exposure highly advantageous.
