Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering a positive banking experience.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and make effective, customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and manage internal and external centers of influence for client acquisition and deepening relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions; support teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit fundamentals, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
