Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from the sales team.

  • •Follow up on needs/questions and coordinate internally to ensure deliverables are met.
  • •Maintain client satisfaction and build long-term retention relationships with beauty brands while updating records in HubSpot and Bitrix24.
