Coordinate and manage logistics for offshore and onshore project sites, ensuring uninterrupted support for materials, equipment, and supplies. Plan and monitor movements by road and sea, prepare loading/offloading plans, and coordinate vessel schedules, lifting operations, and site logistics. Act as Area Authority for logistics operations and ensure compliance with company procedures, PTW requirements, and HSE standards, while tracking deliveries and maintaining logistics records.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and manage logistics activities for offshore and onshore project sites.
•Plan, arrange, and monitor movement of materials, equipment, and supplies by road, sea, and other transport modes.
•Prepare loading and offloading plans ensuring safe load distribution and compliance with project and HSE requirements.
•Coordinate vessel schedules and transportation/lifting operations, including loading and offloading activities and site logistics needs.
•Act as Area Authority for logistics operations, ensuring work areas are prepared/authorized and maintained in compliance with company procedures, PTW requirements, and HSE standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
•Minimum 6 years of experience as a Logistics Officer or in a similar role supporting offshore, onshore, marine, oil & gas, EPC, or construction projects.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Oracle/SAP experience is an advantage.
•Knowledge of logistics planning, loading/offloading operations, transportation management, vessel logistics, and material coordination.
•Good understanding of Permit to Work (PTW), Area Authority responsibilities, offshore safety requirements, HSE standards, and project compliance procedures.
