Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate communication and collaboration between key F-15EX engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment on critical initiatives and issue mitigation plans.
  • •Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to investigate emerging engineering issues, develop mitigation and implementation plans, and track execution performance.
  • •Align platform integration activities with the overall production schedule, mitigate impacts to the production system, and drive process changes to enable rate acceleration.
  • •Serve as the point of contact for F-15 platform integration inquiries, supporting technical meetings and communicating risks and milestone progress to the customer and leadership.
  • •Manage engineering responsibilities for the DD250 process for F-15EX aircraft.

  • •9 or more years of related work experience (or equivalent combination of technical education and experience).
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance (interim and/or final Secret post-start).
  • •Experience managing integration activities across production, development, and sustainment engineering teams.
  • •Platform integration experience on a full rate production program.
