•Architect and implement solutions to maintain “Always On” availability for Visa application services.
•Automate monitoring, deployment, and incident response processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
•Lead investigations and troubleshooting for complex technical issues to prevent future incidents.
•Collaborate with global engineering teams to build, support, and deploy application services.
•Drive the evolution toward cloud-native solutions and support ML deployment pipelines, monitoring, and on-call operations.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
•Experience leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP for scalable, resilient infrastructure.
•Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible to automate deployment and management.
•Experience monitoring and logging systems including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and the ELK stack.
•Experience automating complex tasks using programming languages such as Python, Go, and Java.
