Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead North America Services field marketing strategy and integrated quarterly/annual program plan focused on pipeline creation, acceleration, and deal influence.
  • •Develop and execute predominantly field-led tactics, including account-based field programs, executive engagements, in-person events/roadshows, partner co-marketing, sponsorships, webinars, and targeted sales plays.
  • •Build operating rhythms with Sales via joint planning, campaign intake and prioritization, account/territory alignment, and closed-loop measurement (leads, opportunities, influenced pipeline, bookings).
  • •Translate global Services positioning, content, and thought leadership into North America-relevant messaging and assets; identify gaps and influence global roadmap based on regional sales/market input.
  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated programs and launch readiness; lead, coach, and develop the field marketing team and deliver executive reporting and insights.
