Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end change management strategy and execution for select enterprise-level, strategic or high-visibility initiatives.
  • •Develop change impact and organizational readiness assessments to inform planning and risk mitigation.
  • •Create and execute communication and engagement plans, and partner with Learning & Development to deliver training for adoption.
  • •Identify change adoption risks and implement proactive mitigation to minimize disruption and resistance.
  • •Advance enterprise change management capability by refining methodology/tools and coaching practitioners and leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci, or equivalent change management certification.

  • •Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders and executive sponsors.
  • •Ability to deliver multiple concurrent change management initiatives with strong executive presence.
