Key Responsibilities

  • •New Product Testing and Delivery: Execute the new product SOV testing phase, support and execute pre-production samples, and handover packages that meet established criteria; ensure timely progression to mass production.
  • •Product Master Optimization: Collaborate to design and optimize the Product Master sprue for quality and suitability for mass production.
  • •Process Optimization: Establish parameters, process routing, and tooling for new products based on testing results, representing a mass production process; manage hanging, parameters, consumption and plating programs.
  • •Work Instruction and Monitoring: Provide work instructions and training for new product mass production; monitor, track, investigate, and improve testing processes to meet targets.
  • •Information Summary and Handover: Collect and summarize testing results, ensuring alignment and handover to Production for mass production readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have experience with testing and pre-production sample handling for new products.
  • •Ability to design and optimize mass production processes, including parameters, routing, and tooling.
  • •Experience in creating and maintaining work instructions and training for mass production.
  • •Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams to meet production targets and handover requirements.
  • •Familiarity with Product Master data and BOM accuracy for material planning.
