Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect system-level thermal solutions including cold plates, heat sinks, vapor chambers, fans, and airflow/coolant pathways for data center solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in data center cooling infrastructure and high-power electronics.
  • •Experience designing and implementing liquid cooling systems, including Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) and cold plates.
  • •Strong foundation in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics for system-level thermal architecture and trade-off decisions.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with CFD and thermal modeling tools (e.g., FloEFD or equivalent), including interpretation of CFD/FEA results and correlation with physical testing.
