Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive architectural strategy across internal cross-functional groups and strategic customer accounts, shaping the product portfolio from concept to field deployment.
  • •Serve as a technical authority in engagements with current and potential customers and incorporate customer feedback into future products with product management and engineering.
  • •Partner with product marketing on future product architectures and work with standards committees to influence industry practices.
  • •Collaborate with hardware, software, and test engineering to deliver quality products, and work with external vendors to meet future product needs.
  • •Support customer demonstrations, author/co-author white papers and user tutorials, and provide technical TOI and NPI training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of relevant signal and power integrity experience, or a Master’s degree with 12+ years, or a PhD with 8+ years.
  • •At least 5 years of experience driving system architecture for hardware systems, including signal integrity, power integrity, thermal design, total power consumption, cost, and schedule tradeoffs.
  • •At least 5 years of experience securing cross-functional buy-in and approval of complex strategic programs with executive management (concept commit, architectural commit, execution commit).
  • •At least 5 years of experience generating, driving cross-functional review of, and presenting customer-facing materials for strategic projects.
