Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate handling of client transactions while delivering a high-quality banking experience. You’ll cross-train to support sales and service, focusing on outbound calling, educating clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise and solutions for client needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; assist with new account openings and issue resolution.
