Key Responsibilities

  • •Scale SuperApp experimentation from ad-hoc to a governed capability while protecting the home screen’s integrity through conflict-free UX and personalization rollouts.
  • •Manage the full experiment lifecycle by partnering with PMs on test design, self-serving/configuring tests on the platform, and coordinating event tracking instrumentation with data engineers.
  • •Act as the single triage point for home-screen changes, including running weekly experiment reviews and maintaining documentation/runbooks.
  • •Maintain the master experiment dashboard and decision logs (ship/iterate/kill) for leadership and proactively communicate trade-offs and launch windows.
  • •Ensure single source of truth for all active tests and coordinate intake so conflicting feature launches never collide.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in product ops, growth, or product analytics (Tech, mobility, or SuperApp experience preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience designing and running experiments, including hypothesis, power calculations (MDE/sample size), and ship/kill metric analysis.
  • •Comfort configuring, launching, and monitoring experiments day-to-day using in-house experimentation or feature-flag tools.
  • •Strong event tracking literacy, including defining tracking plans and coordinating with data engineers on QA data coverage.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau/Looker) plus JIRA for managing experiment pipelines.
