Job Summary

Support the HSSE team in Dubai infrastructure projects by enforcing corporate Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies and procedures across departments and supervision sites. Conduct HSSE audits, prepare audit findings and performance reports, and drive corrective action plans for non-conformances. Help adapt HSSE requirements locally, develop construction HSSE plans, and support HSSE training and awareness sessions for site teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Enforce corporate HSSE policies and procedures across the Geography, adapting them to local requirements as needed.
•Conduct periodic HSSE audits on Geography offices and supervision sites to check compliance and rectification of non-conformances.
•Identify HSSE non-conformance issues, summarize findings in audit reports, and recommend corrective action plans and reporting.
•Develop and update a database of HSSE audits and findings in line with corporate templates, policies, and procedures.
•Support HSSE training and awareness sessions and assist supervision teams with development of construction HSSE plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
•ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor qualification.
•Knowledge of HSSE compliance requirements and audit programs.
•Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
•Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical capabilities.
