  • •Shape the product experience across initiatives that directly impact clinicians, patients, and care teams
  • •Collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners and immerse in clinical workflows to bring structure and empathy to ambiguous problems
  • •Prototype new ideas and refine existing features, advocating for design excellence at every stage of the product lifecycle
  • •Lead end-to-end design execution, translating early ideas into high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user flows
  • •Champion user-centered design through user research, insights synthesis, and design decisions rooted in clinicians’ needs
