Training Manager-Centre of Excellence

Lead the operational management of a Centre of Excellence for training, ensuring effective design, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs aligned with business units and client needs. Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance reporting, and project-manage training facility infrastructure upgrades. Drive gap analysis, learning needs assessment, and training evaluation while maintaining compliance. Partner with LMS/digital learning teams to improve engagement, retention, and program relevance.
